The hotel rooms were spacious, and I appreciated having a storage and a safe box available. the location was fantastic and convenient. the staff was welcoming, polite, and check-in was quick. It was a pleasant stay for one night.

Ideal hotel, welcoming and very polite staff. Excellent location in the really quiet area, really close to tube and Piccadilly Line, Earls Court and Gloucester Road and the underground and many restaurants. Plus, walking distance to Courtfield Gardens West. Lots of reasonably priced food for meals.

Location is excellent. It's close to the subway. Breakfasts are delicious. Warm room. Quiet area. Responsive staff, always ready to help. Every day they changed the bed and towels. They loved it.

Soundproofing

Magnificent and unbeatable location in a very safe area. Right by public transport, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, and Science Museum. - Pleasant staff and spacious room with lovely view and balcony. - Reasonably priced meals available.

Had a relaxing time at this small hotel. the room was a good size with tea facilities. - Quick and efficient check-in process. - Great and lovely location near the tube station for easy access to central London. - Reasonably priced and delicious food. - Pleasant staff members.

Close to the subway. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Room was clean, towels were changed every day. Can't hear the neighbors. It's a good, varied breakfast.

The room is quite cold (it was +10 outside), there is no heating.

Unbeatable and handy location, 5 km from city centre.

Conveniently close to an underground station, just what we were looking for. the room was tidy and cost-friendly, featuring cozy beds. the view from here was absolutely beautiful! 🌆

The location is great and the price is certainly good for a hotel in such location. It has lift! This is mostly important for us since we carried heavy luggages. The breakfast is good as compared to the hotel for the same price.

Both the room and the bathroom are too small, even for a triple bedroom. The staffs are helpful, but somehow we didn't not seem to be warm welcomed. The building is so old that we can even clearly hear people walking above us.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is nicely situated close to a residential area and popular museums.

Reception staff were excellent. Very polite and very helpful. The room was good,with all facilities. The room i had was a very good size and very clean. Excellent location, Kensington,Earls Court and Knightsbridge all within an easy walking distance. overall, great value!!

Location

Beds are old and uncomfortable, Rooms are small, Safe wasnt working properly, only 3 hangers in the cupboard and no additional packing space - your suitecase must go under the bed which makes this very frustrating. Breakfast is very basic and boring with the same 4 items every morning for a week in a row....

The double room was nice, warm, comfortable. Location is great, just 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube. WiFi was good as well.
